Alice Theresa Boyle '65

Mooreville-Alice T. Bruce, 49, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 1996 at her home in Mooreville, after a sudden illness. She was born in Philadelphia , PA and had lived in Mooreville for the past 17 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Richmond Baptist Church .  

Services will be at 11 am Thursday, at the Richmond Baptist Church with the Rev. Sean Tutor officiating. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.  

Survivors include her husband, James F. Bruce, Sr. of Mooreville, one daughter, Rebbecca Loar and her husband Terry of Richmond, five sons, James F. Bruce, Jr and his wife Valinda of Tupelo, Robert w. Bruce of Saltillo, and Michael D. Bruce, Jeffery S. Bruce, and Mark A. Bruce, all of the home.  Four grandchildren, Jessica Loar, James D. Bruce, Julianna Loar and Jenneffer Loar.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust for Jeffrey and Mark Bruce in care of the Bank of Mississippi. Visitation will begin after 6pm today at Richmond Baptist Church . Pegues Funeral home phone #  662 842 1275
