Karen Beth Cawyer '66

Services for Karen B. Batts (nee Cawyer), 43, of Palatine , will be at 7 p.m., Monday, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. ' Northwest Hwy. , Palatine . Burial will be in Cox Cemetery , McCulloch, Texas .  

She died Friday at Northwest Community Hospital , Arlington Heights .  

She was employed as a contract administrator for Datronic Corp. She was a member of Cardinal Drive Church of Christ in Rolling Meadows .  

She is survived by her husband, Patrick Batts; sons, Brian and Michael; father, J.R. Cawyer and mother. Nicola Cawyer.  

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and 6 p.m. until time of services on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Cardinal Drive Church of Christ, 2300 Cardinal Dr. , Rolling Meadows
