Marc Owen '69

OWEN, Marc Ford, age 59, of Estill Springs, departed this life on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma.

Mr. Owen was disabled. He last worked as Vice-President of Safety for Andrews Transport in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was a member of the Estill Springs First Baptist Church.

Mr. Owen was preceded in death by his father, Bob Owen. He is survived by his mother, Lucile Owen of Estill Springs; son, Michael Ford Owen of Estill Springs; brother, Bob (Linda) Owen of Hillsboro; nieces, Dawn Owen of Fayetteville, N.C., Bobi Winstead of D’Iberville, MS, Jennifer Mannion of Indian Rocks, FL and Marla McCarthy of Gulf Port, MS; nephews, Phillip Owen of Oviedo, FL and Calvin Ellis of Florence, MS; and a special friend, Angela Childress of Arlington, TX.

Visitation with the family will be conducted on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 from 1-2 p.m. before the memorial service on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Estill Springs First Baptist Church with Bro.
