Randy Clarke '65

James Randall “Randy” Clarke, of Covington, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the age of 78. Mr. Clarke served four years in the United States Air Force including deployment to Vietnam. He loved his job at Delta working on airplanes and the friends he made there who were like family. He enjoyed riding his tractor and working on his farm tending to his horses, dogs, and other farm animals. Mr. Clarke was a great mechanic and could fix just about anything. In addition, he was a member of Shiloh Methodist Church and the Walk to Emmaus. Mr. Clarke was preceded in death by his father, Jack Clarke; brothers, Charles Clarke, Jackie Clarke; step-son, Christopher Coldwell.

Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Debbie Clarke; son, Robert Clarke (Stephanie); grandchildren, Reagan Clarke, Rutledge Clarke, Rhett Clarke; mother, Mary Clarke; brother, Michael Clarke; as well numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Clarke will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023, 1:00 P.M., at Shiloh Methodist Church, 10 Almon Church Road, in Covington, with Rev. Mike Wadley officiating.
