Robert Alan Croteau '68

COOKEVILLE — Memorial services for Robert "Bob" Alan Croteau, 62, of Cookeville, will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Croteau died Thursday evening, Dec. 20, 2012, in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 26, 1950, in Evansville, Ind., to the late Virgil Joseph and Jerry Belle Franklin Croteau.

He was director of training with the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections for 30 plus years.

He was a member of the Upper Cumberland Harley Davidson Group.

His family includes his wife of 26 years, Jennifer Harris Croteau (whom he married Feb. 14, 1986, in Winchester); two daughters and a son-in-law, Renee and David Cantrell of Cookeville and Sarah Croteau of Athens, Ga.; a son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Lindsay Sanders of Cabot, Ark.; four grandchildren, Carley and Carter Cantrell and Henely and Raif Sanders; a sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Chuck Bailey of Waverly; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Larry and Mary Harris and Susan Harris, all of Cookeville; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Care Fund, Cookeville Regional Medical Center Foundation, 1 Medical Center Blvd., Cookeville, TN 38501.
